Working alone or with the support of a more senior officer, depending on the complexity of the account/customer needs, you are accountable for developing and executing a marketing/calling program on these designated Financial Institutions in the Corporate Market. You also assist Scotiabank partners in maximizing the fee income and profitability from the full range of Global Transaction Banking's product line, including the origination of Current Account balancesKey accountabilities for this role are:- Market all core Cash Management services directly;- Provide customer service excellence consistent with Scotiabank standards;- Call upon sales specialists (as required) to help secure the closing of sales for more complex services such as Purchase Cards and Global Banking;- Leverage existing Scotiabank channels (Correspondent Banking, Scotia Capital, Foreign Exchange, Money Market etc.) in a team sales approach aimed at maximizing Scotiabank's share of the client wallet. Sales and referral targets are set in accordance with years on the job;- Meet business development objectivesQUALIFICATIONS:- Strong financial / business acumen (MBA or B.Comm or B.A. in finance, business or marketing), or equivalent related experience.
